Right of Withdrawal Form
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
You can fill out and return the withdrawal form to us, but this is not mandatory.
You can also follow the standard return process found under the heading:
We will then assist you further in the return process and send you the correct instructions via email.
After receiving your return, we will assess it and, upon approval, will pay out the refund amount minus any return costs.
Please note: refunds are always processed via the payment method used when placing the order.
