Our return process step-by-step
Our return process depends on the reason for your return. Below you will find the different situations:

I no longer want the item / I no longer need it:
Please note: For this, we charge return costs depending on the weight: 0-15 kg €9.99 | 15-30 kg €19.99 | above 30 kg €29.99, because the reason for return is not due to the item itself (unlike in the case of damage or defects). We will deduct these costs from the amount to be refunded.

1. Send us an email
   Email to info@kleinekoopjes.com. Put your order number in the subject line.
2. Choose your return method
   Indicate whether you want to drop off the package at a parcel point yourself or arrange a home pickup.
3. Wait for our response
   Within 48 hours, you will receive a response with a return label and instructions.
4. Return the item
   Follow the instructions. Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund your money.

You have 14 days to register a return, starting from the moment you received the item. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition (including packaging and labels).

Once we have received your return package, we will inspect the item within 2 to 3 business days. After that, we will refund your money within a maximum of 7 days. In some cases, this may be quicker, but this is our average. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: If return costs have been charged, we will deduct this from the amount to be refunded.
