  • When will I receive my order?

    Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code, you can track exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered to you. The delivery time depends on the delivery service and the time you placed your order, but usually, you can expect your order within 1 to 5 business days. Haven't received an email? Please check your spam or junk folder — sometimes the confirmation accidentally ends up there. If you really can't find the email anywhere, please feel free to contact our customer service. We're happy to help you further!

    Please note: during busy periods such as Christmas or other holidays, shipping may sometimes take a little longer than you are used to from us. Delivery times may also increase due to strikes or other unexpected circumstances. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are dependent on the carrier. Of course, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

  • I have not (yet) received my order, what should I do?

    The average delivery time is 1 to 5 business days. Your order may still be in transit.

    First, check the status of your order via the track & trace link you received by email. There you can see where your package is and if there are any delays.

    If a track & trace link isn't available or doesn't provide clear information, please feel free to contact our customer service. We're happy to help you find out where your order is and when you can expect it.

  • I received the wrong item, what can I do?

    That is, of course, very inconvenient, and we apologize for this! We would be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact our customer service and provide your order details. Together, we will ensure a suitable solution.

  • I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, what can I do?

    It's possible that the confirmation email ends up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there just in case. Sometimes there's also a slight delay in sending the email, for example, if it's very busy.

    If you still haven't received anything after 6 hours, please contact our customer service, and we'll be happy to check it for you.

  • Can I still cancel my order?

    Canceling an order is possible in some cases. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will check together if it's still possible. This depends on how far along the package is in the order process. If it's no longer possible to cancel, you can return the package after receiving it.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.99 shipping costs.

  • My Track & Trace code isn't working, what now?

    If your Track & Trace code isn't working, it doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem. Your parcel goes through various stages with the carrier. From the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier, it is scanned multiple times during the sorting and distribution process. Each scan changes the status in the Track & Trace system, from "parcel received" to "in sorting center" and eventually "delivery driver on the way" and "parcel delivered."

    It may happen that no update appears for a while, for example, because the parcel has not yet been scanned or due to delays such as busy periods, bad weather, or strikes. Usually, the status appears within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. If you still don't have a status after 48 hours, please recheck the code for correct input, or contact us. We are happy to help you find out where your parcel is.

  • What happens if I'm not home on the delivery date?

    If you are not home when the package is delivered, the courier will usually first try to deliver it to your neighbors. If that doesn't work, you will receive a missed delivery email or a note in your mailbox. This will state whether the courier will attempt delivery again or if your package will be dropped off at a nearby parcel point. You can also find this information using your Track & Trace code. Still can't figure it out? Then contact the carrier.

  • I have not received a Track & Trace code, what now? What can you do now?

    • First, check your email and spam folder to see if you might have overlooked the confirmation email with the Track & Trace code.
    • Wait a day or two after your order, as the code is usually sent to you within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
    • If you still haven't received a code after this waiting period, please feel free to contact our customer service. We will then send you the code or assist you further as soon as possible.
