With a sturdy metal bar, the ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 30 kg. Thanks to the anti-slip plastic handles, our dumbbells won't slip out of your hands. The screw caps have star-shaped bolts that ensure the weight plates always stay firmly in place. The 16 weight plates are coated in sturdy plastic so they don't make unnecessary noise.

The barbell set includes 8 weight plates with a total weight of 60 kg; these are also held in place by star-shaped bolts.
